Its a 12x12 at the SSW corner of Zento On Atlantic. Great location and also a really pretty spot.
I have a vendor shop on the north side of Zento and it was my intention to run two sets of vendor houses, but one is more than enough work to keep me busy. Instead of just hoarding property I'm looking to get someone who wants to run some vendors in a great location.
I'm looking to get 1.2b-ish OBO out of it. The house to the East is also currently for sale (not by me), but I understand he is selling it for 2.5b, and the house to the east of that was just sold for a little over 4b..
If you are interested please drop by for a look to get a feel for the place. Zento is by far the best looking city ingame, and it would be nice to see Zento becoming more what it was intended to be (another Luna).
