Zento Hub Relocation and Current Hub House Auction.

I am relocating the Zento Hub to the first floor of the Garden house. Hoping to have the Garden House remodeled by this time next Sunday. It is about 15 seconds farther from the Bank and Moongate but is overall a better location and a much larger house. The Current hub house just is not big enough for what I want to do. And despite being farther from the GZ than the Current Hub the Garden house is much safer for folks, and still close to the bank and moongate

The current hub house Auction, It is a 8x11 I believe a a Big house by any stretch of the imagination. But it is in a very good location close to the Moongate, GZ and Town. It is also a Zento Square House which are and have always been high demand plots. Is is only a few seconds from the Moongate to the West and My Garden House which will house the new hub to the East. A smaller house but it does have a lot of big possibilities.

I will open the Bidding at 1,000,000 Gold as the reserve price. The Auction will end at 9PM Next Sunday Central Standard Time USA, 10-15-2017. In this Auction I will take bids via PM and post the bid and time the bid was made but not the bidders name in this thread. The Final bid made before 9pm on Sunday 10-15-2017 will be the winner. The house will be stripped to the foundation and all contents removed prior to trading it to the new owner. With the exception of 2 Fountains of life and 1 set of rechargeable tele tiles if you would like to link the house to the new hub location.

Why an Auction? Because I have no idea what the house and in particular the location is worth and opening it at 1 mil is half of what a offer that was made on it last year. So we will let the free market decide what it is worth.

Nope going to make all the tiles public. and put one tile to my private hub network on the island. The private hub on the island you will have to be friended to the house to access. The whole first floor of the garden house will be a public hub, forge, anvil, and soulforge (Good Mining right out the porch there). And I am working on a Rune Library that I will add as I get the books done. And I will be parking one of my boats at the floating sea port, so anyone with a rowboat can more easily get there. ANd Garth can scuttle that boat all he wants lol as long as people are clicking the mooring lines it will stay fresh, there and usuable

And quite a few folks use that hub on a regular basis I believe it has had well over 1000 visitors since I placed it.

Now we have a way to Sea Market on both the west and east coasts of Zento. The west one is a rune on top of my mailbox at the house with the lighthouse on it.
