What is up with this can any one tell me the reason for this, I can understand the fluke when % chance for pet not to listen but it doesn't give u that msg then it just wont give you a target for that.

I have 5 maxed out hell cats I used to use to Kill dragons in drakes in dastard all the time... Now any time I try and sick um on a dragon the refuse!? whats up with this? I have 120 taming lore and vet all Real... Why don't my pets listen to me any more? Also on a similar note I tried getting them to attack something Via Guard command and they don't get there pack bonus that way.

I also just had my dread out and tried to sick it on someone in fel. SAME DEAL!!! Wtf!!! seriously can someone explain this to me or should I send in some bug reports and do some more testing?

No, and No...

I'm guessing I'll be needing to do some experimenting with this and submitting bug reports but it's been happening for some time now and I was wondering if any one else had insight into it.

If all else fails, try having the pets guard you, then you "attack" the target (double-click in war mode). This works on clockworks and other creatures that pets ordinarily refuse to attack.

Tried that... But the fact of the matter is there is NO reason at all these pets should not be listening to every command I give them.

I'm sure I remember someone posting that after SA release their pets started to ignore their commands if they 'overfed' them...

I don't feed them I just give them commands and any time a pet gets a command they listen to they go to wonderfully happy. This should not be considered a food issue and its not that they don't listen they don't make not listening noises they REFUSE to attack things...

If you are blue, and trying to put your pet on another blue then it will give that command majority of time.

However, my character is red and i've been dealing with this issue over the past few days. That's the first time my pet refused to attack anyone in almost 4 months.

I know that pets won't attack machines like golems (by design - though my real life pets have no problem attacking the vacuum cleaner), but I've never heard of pets not attacking non-machine monsters.
