I have several chars on all servers, mostly for xshard purpose.
Most of them have been created before pre-T2A and are logged at random Felucca's Inns.

But since a couple of years,for some unknow reasons, I noticed that those chars homed in Felucca aren't receiving annual and special gifts anymore, even when refreshed on a regular basis.

Are there anyone else experiencing the same situation?

At times some of my chars have experienced the same issue, I find that if I leave them online for a couple of hours then log them in/out they usually will then get there rewards

I noticed that the same thing is happening this Xmas.
So I must conclude that my old legacy chars (1997-1998, the ones created before Renaissance Expansion Pack, which introduced Trammel)) are obsolete and have to be re-created.
Maybe next year!
