The BoD thing happens when turning them in to fast. Something added to trip up the scripters.
In the past setting hotkeys to the interior deco tool can set off the wait message. I think the deco tool barrowed some code. Performing the task Up, Down and Turn is close to Disco, Provo and Peace.
The there is the anti spam speak filter. Releasing/locking to many things fast can lead to tripping it up being a speed deco freak.
