You have got to be kidding me! Can't GIVE these guys money

Open up the UO homepage, go to the codestore.
Select Char Transfer Code
Go to checkout...It asks for my username and password, which I always thought was funny.
So I put it in,and this is what I get:

ERROR: You cannot make a store purchase because the account you logged in with is too new. Accounts must be older than 30 days in order to purchase anything other than an account creation code or Game Time.

Tried it, one account 9 years, one account 10 years, and one account is 7 years.

Anyone have any suggestions? And before you say it, NO, I am not interested in a 3 hour phone call to customer service.

lol i get those errors all the time.. I just make the phone call to EA. Most of the time its a 15 to 20min hold time, but it gets me what I wanted.

You can email Customer Support though probably would wait til monday to do that.. may take 24 hours but if you explain your problem and that you wish the order what you want through email and have them bill the card on your account course they'll want some information from you cant remember what all they want off hand but Ive gone this route before due to uogamecodes being a pain..had simliar problems your are having now.

I can well believe it. EA doesnt want my money either. I get a message saying that the credit card I am using doesnt match up to the address im putting in (or words to that effect), despite the fact that its the exact same details that I use to pay for my account and the exact same details that are shown on my credit card statement. Ludicrous.

I simply take my business elsewhere.

Ummm no, with the exception of a few breaks years ago, these accounts have been paid up continuously (with the CC I want to use for this, btw).

Problem is you shouldn't need to call. No need to call someone a whiner over something like this.

Doesn;'t bother me, Ive been called worse

It's just the continual aggravation of code sites not working, guild pages don't update, etc etc...Seems like it's always something.
No worries tho, I found a code

You can also use the chat support.
Had to contact them, because all my 5 SA codes, which I got that way, besides one I used earlier, where determined as already used, as I tried to register them finally on the accounts. But not by me!
Very strange incident.

And it is still the most customer unfriendly shop if it comes to spend money I ever experienced.
