This is the message my wife and I were getting trying to trade one of houses to her. The house in question is on account with 20% storage, but my wife now has 40% extra on her account so this should be happening. Has anyone else had this issue if so please post your experiences. I suspect that any input could be of use identifying what is going on.

As an aside, my wife decided to place a house to see what the storage would be. She now has an 18 by 18 with 40% extra storage. SO it would appears she just cannot be traded a house. A GM finally did try to help and was unable to rectify the problem. But at least he tried.

Some friends had this happen, what they finally did was empty the house onto Packies, and characters then trade the house...

This happened to my guildmate on Siege the other day too. She was wanting to transfer her Zento home between her accts. and got the same message you had gotten. We were like ??????????????

Was this some new game publish new glitch, some new message totally confused, and we thought may be it was all the stuff I took off my vendors at her home and tossed into chests in there. So maybe it is a highseas or SA vs. an acct. not upgraded or just some weirdo glitch. Think both of her accts. ARE SA and HS.

But the house wasn't full up, she removed a lot of boxes of stuffs anyhow and took em temporarily over to my house.

The, suddenly, she was able to transfer her home, over to her other acct.

Same thing happened to me on Siege

I think the trade gump doesn't take into consideration whether or not your account has increased storage capacity or not...once I emptied a few items back into my keep I was able to trade the house

We considered that but will she be able to put it back? WE need the storage, if we trade the house but lose the storage then it is not a solution.

This is a known issue, there are several threads on it. Temporarily lowering the lockdown count to basic level is the current work around. The house storage count will be correct to the holding account once the exchange has been made.
