you dance in the fairy ring but nothing happens

im trying to get into the cu sidhe area but nothing is happening it just says that you dance in the fairy ring but nothing happens can anyone tell me why?

Get the Dread Horn quest from Heartwood. I can't remember which NPC gives it.

The person you need to get the quest from is Lord Calendor. Located on or around the platform just to the east of the archery questgivers in Heartwood.
