Once again, wont mention HOW many fletcher's tools that vendor has, but it's more than 4 that are shown. Also, curious to know what shards also have that SAME bkit vendor with constant stock of 5 bkits lined like that ?

You ever try quests for heartwood fletcher tools? Now go and try to get more than 1 and keep it stocked...
