I am getting this trying to res peoples NOT in my guild and NOT in factctions on fell side. I had it all the night. Several accounts and characters....

What is this? New bug or inteded bug...?

Not enough info but it's been this way forever. You're in X guild, they're a blue in Y guild. You have to wait the 2min battle timer to go off if they've flagged to a red pvping. If you're pvming and trying to rez then yes, it looks like a new bug.
