Yew Prison

turn circle of trans on, it'll make the secret doors clearly visible (they stay solid even with circle of trans on), they're all over yew prison (though most are sealed now).
You can teleport from the mainland onto the island by the Court of Truth, then run to the main jail building and open the secret doors directly under the elevated walkway (these doors aren't locked).
I finally got it... I took a boat and sailed to the island and the hidden door was on the outside.
