Greetings Sosarians !
I am pleased to announce that the 2015 edition of the Yew Brewfest will be held Tuesday, October 6th, at 8PM, just before the Paxlair Alliance weekly meeting. The contest will conveniently take place right next to the Old Winery in Yew (next to the Abbey)
Since the event will take place in October this year, it will be themed "Orktoberfest".
If you would like to participate in this event, and compete with the best brewers in the realm, you will be asked to prepare the following:
- Your best brew receipe (prepare 2 kegs, for everyone to taste). Be original. Go out of the basic receipes, get some very special ingredients, and have our guests taste something they will never forget !
- Sausages. Time to find this exquisite and exotic meat, and the perfect blend of spices, to prepare the best sausage around ! (Bring around 20 of them)
- Write down your receipes, for everyone to read, and for posterity.
After hearing how you prepared your brew and sausages, attendees will get to taste them, and judge them. The 3 best combos will earn prices for their effort.
To your kegs everyone, lets get smashed out to make for an interesting Pax meeting afterwards

[OOC] I will have a rune locked down at the Tea House labeled YEW BREWFEST 2015, that will take you to my mansion, the Fortress of Elders. On the second floor, you will find a distillery, with supplies to brew most drinks in crates right next to it. I've also placed a barmaid which can sell you some of the ingredients required.
I will also keep a supply of sausages in those crates, since they cannot be crafted. You can also buy them from any NPC butcher.
