Okies no flaming or spit roasting plz....xmas is around the corner and our lovely devs normally drop something into our xmas stockings....not that im asking...im just saying ......

so if i was sending a note to ole santa id be asking for either...

soulstone fragments [best pressie we ever got]

or

a new collection of say SA globes or High Seas statues...something to try and get a full collection of...u know with the couple of rares ones etc etc.

The snow statues were nice and I still use them in my deco work, nutcrackers were cute but this too has been done players want new items.

No globes plz - they take up so much room, I got the 3 sets as it is & 10x over extras

Christmas Tree deeds.... way over done and the average new player can pick them up in luna for pennies, but ok toss one in if you feel you must - Il find some use for it btw thank you for letting us keep them up as normal trees.

Our first christmas I got the good girl /bad boy bags they were so cute with note from santa. But many would pitch a tantrum if I asked for them again.

Clothing/shoes... no way too much AoS of that floating on vendors as it is. With no stats they tend to be tossed over for the stuff from events and new bosses.

You gave roses a few times which was nice but that is more a valentine thing I feel.

Soulstone fragments was a nice gift, and many would like them to return. But they tend to make a mess all over once used and you can only deco with a few before they become an anoyance.

What ever they give us - remember 1 thing... its a gift they dont have to do it, but do cause they want to. Its the giving season of love and happyness remember that.

Perhaps go back to the beginning and give something to each character that fits them...

Not the good /Bad bag of old, but how about a professions bag.
Tamer gets a stable addon, Archer gets a refillable bow repair kit(refills of repair deeds),This could also be done for the Swordsman with a kit for armor and weapon repair. No need to go to town would work anywhere. etcetra etcetra etcetra for all. Not too time consuming just a nice idea.
I am sure that would be the perfect gift if the Dev had the time to do so.

Choice number two would be a "clothing alteration deed" it would let you turn a piece of clothing into another piece of a similar kind. Example - Elven robes into Human style, or a Hat of the Magi, into a bandana. You get the idea.

One thing to expect is a white cloth dye tube. (It was said that one is coming to prevent normal players from expensively buying leather-white dyed cloth. This would be the first 'next' possible date for such a gift.)

If they give out deeds for x-mas trees ... what about trees of different sizes? That you can place them onto tables or similar furnitures. Maybe an advent wraith with candles to light? Music gears for the music box with seasonal songs?

I would love to see deco items be made to put in place of those that we build using illusion. IE a very nice large couch similar to what we build using chests, pillows, and benches. Or a TV, pool table, corner bathtubs.

I just feel that when you look at deco items you can tell which items have been half %$*ed and those that had real time and effort put into them. The new gargoyle style couch is horrible and only faces 2 positions so I wasn't able to use 3 of them with 2 end tables to make a living room setup. I just believe that these things can be done better.

Giving out cards, flowers, candy, snowmen, and things of that nature shows no actual thought and no actual effort put into the idea. Better to give nothing if it is only going to be half &^%ed.

Dear UO Santa!

I've been a good boy this year. I bought every update and item the Dev-Gods offered us. I I helped newbies and convinced others to return to UO. I participated in the events and sacrificed gold at the shrines.

For Christmas, I would like to have something small, like some bug fixes for the EC or maybe UO on steam, windows live and/or EA Link.

The ability in chat instead of ignore they just say the "OoOOo oOOOoo Ooooo" speak option. That way I know what idiot someone I didn't ingore is talking to. Sometimes after years players growth up and have something worth while to add to the game. I lifted a bann from my vendor house for someone 6 years later that acted up when I ran auctions.

And a gift bag that makes a long list of things stack that don't.
