Xena's Magic tool

I was looking at this on the site and was wondering if anyone else uses it? If so, how do you get it to work?

It recognizes uo because it shows the name of the char i'm playing, but nothing happens when I click on any spells.

I've tried it on a vista computer and an xp computer and both don't work.

Yeah, I thought that might be the problem.
But not all programs die just because they are old. UOAssist is old but still works.

UO assist still works because the people that run it keep updating it for all the UO updates.
