WTB Mage and Eval Int Power Scroll and Animal Taming ring

Animal Taming ring should have Animal Taming, Vet, Lore and Magery if possible. Ive been away for the last two years so I am far from being updated on all the changes. If I have a 1/3 ring can the above stats be added to it. My 1/3 rings have other stats as well.
