The way I read Draconi's post regarding the turn in, you do not get to choose the skill for your alacrity scroll, it is randomly assigned...and at 25,000 points for a scroll, unless you have a bunch of the top 10 turn-in items, that is a whole lot of junk to turn in for just one chance!
