Never saw it on VS in Atl. Drop chances should be really low. Not so many people loot those gargs in medusa lair.
Also all stuff Medusa In minions has no magical properties for me. Only first run after server restart has. After that - just blank wraps and armor. May be this staff becomes ordinary one even it is spawned?
