Unique Writ of Lease worth anything?

Selling it. 125mio obo, delivery possible only on DF.

OLD:Hi, I got a "Writ of Lease" from an IDOC. Those things for the magincia plots. I guess they are pretty rare (44 per server?). Cant find any info on rarity or price.
So question 1: Is it worth anything? And question 2: is it shardbound or can ppl take it with them?

Not sure on value but there wroth something I would think low end 25mil. I bought one once for an auction years ago don't think i paid a lot for it. might get higher if it is a shard alot of people want

they are one of a kind.
only one was given out at the end of the lottery
for that specific house plot, on that facet, on that shard.

you can no longer use it to place a house there
but you can use a house placemental tool
if the plot is still available.
I don't think it will take you there any longer
(you used to be able to click it, to go to the house)

(I still have mine, but can't remember if it disappears when I did a char copy to TC)

There not shard bound and you where able to transfer them at lest a one point have a fel one from a Asian shard on Atlantic
