I think that it should be pretty easy for folks to find this forum, considering it is now second from the top.

I'm completely baffled by the Oceania comparison, as I can guarantee that you will experience no additional server lag by using Stratics OT.

"[topic] off-topic" is kind of a misnomer.
There were OT forums dotted around, which have simply been consolidated into one place, which would produce a larger OT community than a smattering of smaller largely-inactive communities.
It does make sense, if you're of a mind to see it.
