Wouldn't it be nice....(customization wish)

Wouldn't it be nice if there was a way to touch one style of tile on your house and then click a "replace with" button, click on another style and have all the tiles change to the new style? I dread to think of how many hours I've recently spent replacing all my floor tiles and wall tiles with different styles before finally getting one that I like.

A sims like "drawing tool" would be awesome. So you could draw out a room, or fill in floor eras.

Still, UO housing is better than 'housing' in any other MMO I've ever played.
