How about making a change to max EP?
First you introduce herbalism. This makes you able to grow own hers for alchemy. Your herb skill combined whit alchemy deside how much
ep you can use.
Only people whit herb and alch will be able to cross curent EP cap.
Next step would be to introduce new damaging pots who are based on different
resists.

Whel i want to be able to have an effective bomber, but i newer succeeded.

The main thing has been to low power compeered to other skills to high cost and defenetly to long casting time.
