[Meditation] Worth having with non-medable armour?

Since this is more of a question for my archer character, is there any benefit to having points in Meditation purely for passive regeneration, or will it be blocked by my non-medable armour?

Yep blocked. It would be like having 0 med. A waste of points if you use non med armor.
