...I have a couple of questions.

1. It's been a couple years since I've been around Siege and I'm wondering if there's still a healthy thief population about?

2. Is it necessary to have GM Forensic Evaluation in order to see if a person is in the thieves guild? (I asked on the Scout forum but it doesn't seem too active!)

There are some thieves. Although you'll probably never bump into them often lol

being a small shard you can kind of quickly remember who is the thief and such hehe.
