Woodworker's Bench Code

Just bought one of these from the Origin Store and attempted to redeem it. I tried the various formats, checked several times. Did 6/5/5/5 and all the other things mentioned on the sticky here but I still get this message

"Promo_Agent tells Niamh Reaniver : Promotion redemption failed: Internal server error. Please contact a Game Master if you need additional support."

As I mentioned I tried several different formats for the code and now I am totally foxed and benchless! I shall try a GM but I only have a mortal's lifespan so I am desperately hoping you wise folk here can make a few suggestions.

Did you try just cut and pasting? I recently upgraded my secondary account to Stygian Abyss and the only way I could get it to take the code was pasting it in.
