[Buying] wooden boxes made with 70 tinkers skill

Hi

Are there any tinker's with 70 skill that could make me around 20 wooden boxes, ive been trying to train lockpicking but have gotten stuck at 55.2. for the last few days ive been traing at Winterbreeze and Goodmans but have stopped gaining any skill apart from the GGS gain.
