Won't Let me Bond!!

So I have a Frenzied Ostard and a Bake Kitsune. I stabled them for a week and it won't bond. My real taming is 65.8 and with items I get up to 85.8. The Bake was tamed by a friend and then given to me, but the Ostard I tamed myself.

When I feed them it says "Your pet cannot bond with you until your animal taming ability is raised" What do I need in order to bond with these pets?

Were you wearing your jewels when you fed them both times?

You need like 77.1 taming for the frenzied ostard, and 80.7 for the Bake. What are your taming and lore skills at?
