Its a prepatch Dull Copper Runic Hammer. I was just wondering if there is any rarity to these or if theyre collectable. It has 60 Uses.

I thought all the old runics got converted? It's definite a runic hammer right, not just a smiths hammer enhanced with dull copper then used down to 60 uses?

i remember when val hammers had a bunch of charges not just 15, and then there was a patch that renewed all the charges on runics years ago even if it was down to 1 charge
