The Keep is located a few seconds run SOUTH from the Entrance to WRONG on Fel.
You can almost fish out the Window, park your boat there, can gather recources next door (wood, mining) and has no neighbours, the normal spawn of Bulls, Hinds, Shepereds, sometimes one low level critters comes by for a coffe or two..
