[Archery] Wolf Spider Training

I just started my ABC Archer and I'm using the wolf spider method but my archery and tactics won't go over 25 is that normal or am i just training wrong I'm using a 100% poison weapon.

You might need to wear jewels with +skill on at first to get it going. I can't remember how much but maybe 50 points of tactics and the same with archery. Go to new haven and buy up to 40 points of skill to start with.
