How much skill do you need to cast wold form without failing?

you will still fail even at 120 unfortunately... but 110-120 is best imo...

At 120 ninjitsu you will succeed 95% pf the time. Every one skill point below 120 drops your chance of success by 2%.

So 93% at 119.0 ninjitsu
91% at 118.0 ninjitsu
75% at 110.0 ninjitsu
etc

Thanks for the reply but one more question. Here do ya'll get all the information from. Like if you are at 120 with ninjitis and 80 in stealthing you can do 35 damage with death strike. And the will percentages that you spoke of.
