Buying Armor Wizard's Hat 150 Luck, 8% LMC, 20% LRC - ATL

As the title states, I'm looking for a Wizard's Hat with the following properties on Atlantic.
I know this can be imbued, but I'm fishing for 150 Luck if possible. If not, I'll just craft it.

150 Luck
8% LMC
20% LRC
Not Antique

go with a leather ninja hood so you can enhance it to 190 luck

You can easily get 150 luck with horned runic

I've got plenty of head slots with 190 Luck, I just want a Wizard's Hat Unfortunately it can't come with 190 luck

well still can get a 150 luck wiz hat and imbue the rest with a horned runic.

Yeah wish they allowed us to enhance the hats
