Withdrawing Gold Issue

Am I doing it wrong? I say "withdraw 400" and I get the message that gold has been withdrawn. My balance goes down by 400 but no gold appears in my pack.

The EC has a bug where the contents of containers don't update properly or appear to be completely empty. When in doubt, close the container and open it again.

I wish they would fix this, it gets annoying.
