Yeah, seems a lot of passwords were deactivated on Pacific. I think the EMs are going through and taking stock of all these things. I was told access to these locales may return so I got the impression they may reuse them for future events/EM Events.
Oh and what Caer Dallben Dragon is talking about is an ethereal maze that one could get to via the wisp dungeon. There is a red wisp in there that you said manifestationsofwisdom to in order to transport yourself to this subdungeon.
