You can pick up grapes from the fished up grapevines (mib loot, at least you can pick from the middle parts, havent tried the other ones)
To throw blessed items into the trash can, you have to put them into a bag first. Items do give the same amount of clean up points, when they are bag'ed. (One of the very few items that i cannot trash are empty commodity deeds.)

I've always thought it would be nice if they stopped harpsichord rolls from spawning entirely. But seriously. No offense, but I could care less. It's like getting junk mail. They should add them to the Book quests or something.
