(Player Event) Winter's Ball

Governor Lucidity of Britain would like to offer the people of all cities and all realms a Winter's Ball to be located at the grand Castle Brittish.
It was to be a New Years ball, but as the governor of Vesper has already arranged activities the first week in January she will gladly change the date as needed.
The Governor requests that dates and times of other events for the month of January please be announced as soon as possible so arrangements and invitations can be made.
She is also looking for someone to brew this year's champagne. Payment to be made of course to the most willing of applicants.
