Wing armor not blessable, yet cloaks are.

So if you bless a cloak before you alter it, its blessed, but if you alter it then try to bless it ..no can do.

Also the Wardens Armor of Augmentation is not blessable, but the Ranger cloak of Augmentation is blessable. Gargs have the short end of the stick here..
