wine making

I want to make a bottle of wine and it have my chars name on it...
can you do it with the fermentation barrel?
and if you do, how do you go about doing that?

I would really like plum wine crafted by Sugarplum Mary

I know there are liquor barrels and they add the name to it...
but plum wine isn't on the list of what it makes...

Fermentation barrels make the fruit wines.

The skills required are Alchemy and cooking (you tend to have a lot of failures without both)

It requires 4 fruit per bottle, plus positive yeast from orcs.
