Winds Edge

So according to uoherald the stats for the Winds Edge are:

Wind's Edge (tessen)

* 100% Energy Damage
* 50% Swing Speed Increase
* 50% Damage Increase
* 40% Mana Leech
* +10% Defence Chance Increase

This used to be the case before the ssi weapon "fix"
Now the winds edge has mana leach of 25%. If this is supposed to still be 40%.... because its definatly not. and isnt really a Major arty anymore

It's pretty weak now unless you use wraith form <_<

It's still 80% intensity - The SSI reduced its DISPLAYED amount.

It was a result of the Mana & Life Leech changes from a couple years ago - the same ones that caused the displayed intensity of the life and mana leech on the soul seeker to go from 40% to 30%...

That's the price you pay for putting swing speed over all.
