If I purchase a Storage Increase from EA will it increase the number of vendors I can place at my house?

Will purchasing the Storage Increase from EA Allow More Vendors

Guy on Pac owned big Luna vendor house but placed at an idoc a little tiny house putting his Luna vendor house in decay.
He called EA and told them he didn't know he'd lose his expensive irl Luna vendor house if he placed another house on the same account.
EA stopped his Luna house from decaying AND gave him an increased storage token which he used on the house that already had the 40% storage increase so now the house has 60% increased storage.
He noticed it meant he could have more vendors also.
Buy the pirate expansion tomorrow it gives another 20% increased storage I believe for the low low price of $14.99.

Isn't the vendor limit dependent on house size and not on storage?
The guy who told me his 60% increase storage tale also told me he mentioned getting more vendors to someone who owns many Luna vendor houses on Pac, and she said "Good luck finding enough people to need the extra vendors".

Yes, increasing the storage also increases the possible number of vendors. I remember my Tower used to only allow 40 or 44 vendors. It is now allows up to 58.
Yes but they don't have the 60% listed yet Master building table for housing info.
