will phase2 points stay for phase 3?

will the phase 2 points i got stay for phase3?
wil they lower? will they completely dissapear?

im just askin cos i got 1m points i didnt spend yet and REALLY dont wanna loose them

does anybody 100% know that they stay? i mean !!! 100% !!! not "im pretty sure"
