Well first, you train magery up to at least 60...then you place a house anywhere you want. Then you identify your "perfect PvM" spot. Then you buy a blank rune from an NPC mage, and the appropriate reagents, and travel to the nearest teleport capable location to that spot. Then you mark the rune. Then the next time you are relaxing in your house and think, "wow, I'd sure love to be farming right now" you use some gate scrolls you cleverly purchased in advance from a player scribe or if you have been zealous in your training, simply cast gate spell using your impressive skilz on that rune.

Presto! You now have a house "nearby" your dream PvM location!

P.S. Unless you are looking for a house near one of the old dungeons such as Destard, most of the "good" PvM spots require you to traverse a public moongate at some point and are likely in no-teleport/non-housing zones. Maybe if you mention what you would prefer to farm, people can offer some housing options.

Sky, ******** responses are always welcome . I have had several people PM me about houses near decent farming spots (Ice, Hyloth, etc). I would really like something in Isamu (or however you spell it). I like Bloods, Drags, Hiyrus, etc

Too bad those little plots right outside Fire temple never are available, as it sounds like one of those would be really good for you. Dragon & daemon farming less than one screen away from the house, without even having to go inside the dungeon, and not too big a problem with "strays" from the temple entrance camping the house.

I take it your char is melee skill based?
