Will items made by names no longer allowed by confiscated?

Everyone remembers crafted items by toons named Mesanna before they cracked down on these players. But what about the items made by these names that are no longer allowed?

I found this old dress in a box and I know they don't allow this name anymore....is this something that will get taken by a GM if seen?

I can't speak for GMs or staff but if I had to wager a guess, I would say that they wouldn't do anything unless some easily offended princess reports it. I had a buddy who had to change his name after like 20 years because someone reported him. GM River was pretty cool about it, you could tell he didn't want to or care about the name, but the hoops companies jump through to appease the woke crowd these days knows no bounds.

It is the container I use to transfer items from my crafter to my reforger, just noticed the name.
