Will I be able to use an Advanced character token on a character with over 200 stat..

I know that skill points have to be under 200 in order to use an advanced character token on a character but does stat points also have to be under 200 or does that matter? Also if I soulstone say a skill thats at 100 something to get below the 200 skill cap will the Advanced character token still work on that character?

just under the 200 skill points only. stat points will change when you use the token to their set paramaters anyway.

Yes using a soulstone will allow you to use the token too.
