Will Hellhound treats still work after Halloween event?

Like the Harbinger, I was wondering if anyone has confirmed whether or not the Hellhound treats would also continue to work forever after the Halloween event? I just don't want to spend 1000's of gp on a couple treats only to find out they will be worthless soon.
