We all know some shards are worse off than others population wise.
Right now it's just way too expensive to justify moving to a populated shard, but I would like to play with other people. Visiting places like ATL and seeing people everywhere reminds me of what Sonoma used to be 10 years ago... fun.
Will cheap or free moves ever be offered from these dieing shards? free moves to a medium pop shard to increase it maybe?
