Wierd Things happened

There are some wierd things happened today:-

1. When I log off my char in my house (no attack anything, nothing, that is my crafter), my char stays there for very long time (i see it with my other account), then same thing happened to my other account char as well when log in.... is my house haunted? Its in Ter Mur near the gate.

2. When I use wraith form with 120 spirit speak, I cannot leech mana.... supposely I can leech about 24% (if based on spirit speak), but now I leech nothing...

Anyone know this? Thanks.
