Technically, a certain template could make use of all those....
Mage with a Spell Channeling Bow
Who happens to have Parry and Bush...evasion should work with the two handed weapon
Wear the Hunters with that...
88 Archery
88 Anatomy
92 Tactics
106 Parry
120 Bushido
106 Magery
120 Eval
Would be a wierd template......but a Crimson and Hunters would add 13 Dex...you need atleast 80 Dex....the suit would be ridiculously hard to put together...
Your skills would need to be something like
100 Str
65 Dex
90 Int
You would want to be human for the JOAT 20 Med and 20 Focus.
Dont know if its playable...but wierd...to say the least
