[Discussion] Why this spellbook have 114 spells?

My friend gathered this strange spellbook from this big IDOC.
He use this book,but it is an ordinary 64 spellbook.
Is someone know about this book?

When you open it does it have extra pages or pages listing 2 of each spell?
