Why no one have make a Runic Tool for Tinkering? for crafting jewels?
Ok now the lootsystem grant some ring and brace abnorm with 8-9 props but why?

I thought you could use other runic tools, however, to reforge tinkered items like hatchets. I can't say I've tried it, but I thought I remembered that being added to the game.

That's why I deleted my Hatchet line. But it stands well for Rings and Bracelets.

I can never understand why a Hatchet is a two hand weapon.
