Why is my gargoyle's tangle always green?

I've altered other items and they've redyed various colors just fine. Tangle works too, but when you equip it it shows green again?!

This is a bug. When SA came out, half aprons of all types were colored correctly on the paperdoll. Now it is the right color on the avatar, but incorrect on the paperdoll. I can't recall the exact publish that broke this. It doesn't affect gameplay, but I too hope they address this very soon.
